ROBIN HOOD HOTEL BOTTLE SHOP SPOT REZONING PROPOSAL – UPDATE
On 7 November 2019 the Sydney East Planning Panel considered a pre Gateway Rezoning Review (Spot Rezoning) for the Planning Proposal at 94 Carrington Rd, 203-209 and 223-227 Bronte Rd Charing Cross which includes the Robin Hood Hotel Bottle Shop.
The Eastern Suburbs Planning has advised that the Planning Proposal did not display strategic merit and recommended that the Planning Proposal not be submitted for Gateway determination.
A revised application has now been received to Spot Rezone The Robin Hood Hotel and Bottle Shop. The Legion Club and Recce Plumbing Building. The requested hight limit is now 13.5 metres high.
Council has forwarded the application to the “Gateway” and a proposal will finally be able to be viewed by the Public hopefully by March 2021
